1. Ice Massage

Ice causes the tissues to contract and make them stiffer. It also alleviates any kind of soreness prevailing in the muscle.

Circularly massage some ice cubes on your breasts for a minute and dry it with the help of a towel. Immediately wear a tight bra and lay down for at least 30 minutes. Do this several times a day.

2. Olive Oil

It is the best method to make your breast firm and tight.

Olive oil contains antioxidants and fatty acids that counteracts harm done by free radicals nourishing the skin and improving texture.

Rosemary oil can also be mixed with the oil to enhance the effects.

Beat the eggs and apply on your breasts for 30 minutes and rinse it off with water after rinsing off with cucumber or onion juice

Or you can even mix a teaspoon of curd, honey, and whipped egg white to make a mask. Apply this over your breast for about 20 minutes and rinse off with cold water.

5. Fenugreek

Fenugreek contains vitamins and antioxidants that prevent any kind of damage done to the skin cells of the breast.

Make a paste of 1/4 cup of fenugreek powder and water.

Massage circularly over your breasts for 15 minutes and let it stay for 5-10 minutes before rinsing with warm water. Do this twice a week.

Mix 10 drops of vitamin E with fenugreek oil and apply on your breast and let the mask stay for 30 minutes. Wash off with cold water. Do this once a week.

Or, you can mix yogurt and fenugreek powder to form a paste and apply this over your breasts.

6. Pomegranate

The fruit act as an anti-aging.

Make a paste of pomegranate peel and few drops of mustard oil. Massage your breasts with this paste 5-10 minutes prior to sleeping.

Apart from that, pomegranate seed oil is equipped with phytonutrients that make the breast firm and strong.

Or, you can mix 4 tsp of Indian Lilac oil with dried pomegranate rind and heat the mixture. Once it cools down, you can massage the oil every day on your breasts.

7. Shea Butter

This butter includes vitamin E that is an effective antioxidant and can tighten your breasts.

Massage breasts in an upward direction for 15 minutes with Shea butter. Let the butter stay for 10 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water. Perform this remedy 3-4 times in a week.

8. Almond Oil and Milk Cream Mask

Mainly lack moisture in the skin cause it to lose and become non-elastic.

Almond is a natural moisturizer that retains the above-mentioned properties.

Mix 4-5 tablespoon of milk cream with 2 tbsp of almond oil and massage the mixture on your breasts. Perform this 3-4 times a week.

Alternatively, you can use coconut oil instead of almond oil.

9. Swimming

The strokes that you make while swimming helps tighten your breasts and burning fat and build more muscles.

11. Pushups

(i) Just lie down on your stomach.

(ii) Make a right angle between your palm and ground by putting it onto the ground.

(iii) Slowly rise up on your hands and toes while tucking your belly in.

(iv) Come down and again go up.

(v) Perform 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

14. Cobra Pose

(i) Lay down straight on a mat on your stomach and keep your feet straight.

(ii) Place your arms parallel to the shoulders.

(iii) Start rising above as you inhale and stay in that very position for 10-15 seconds.

(iv) Come down while exhaling.

15. Tree Pose

This exercise helps tighten muscles and stretching also.

If you are a beginner then practice this by having a support of wall or chair.


(i) Join both feet and stand straight.

(ii) Stretch your hands above, keep them straight and join the palms.

(iii) Lift one of your legs and keep it on the inner thigh of the other one.

(iv) Rest in the very same position for about 30 seconds and come back to the initial position.

16. Arm Circling

(i) Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.

(iii) Move the arms upwards and then bring back to the chest.

(iv) Get back slowly to the initial position and perform 10 sets in each direction.

18. Triangle Pose

This exercise helps tighten the breast muscles.


(i) Stand straight keeping your feet wide apart.

(ii) Stretch both the hands straight sideways at your shoulder level.

(iii) Touch your right ankle with the left hand and left ankle with the right hand.

19. Plank

this exercise is useful for many things like getting your abs in shape, toning your body and now a remedy for sagging breasts also.


(i) Lie down on your stomach.

(ii) Put your hands on the ground and shoulder width apart.

(iii) Lift up the body and make sure it is straight from shoulder to ankles.

(v) Stay in the very position for 20 seconds and return to the initial position.

20. Bow Pose


This position helps tighten your bust.

(i) Lie down on your stomach.

(ii) Lift your legs towards the ceiling.

(iii) Try to hold your legs with hands and pull them closer to the shoulders.

(iv) Make sure that only stomach is in contact with the ground, rest above.

(v) Stay in that position for a while.

21. Locust Pose

This exercise tones down the waist and tightens the breasts.


(i) Lie down on your belly.

(ii) Stretch your legs straight and keep your arms along the side.

(iii) Hold your hands at the back and try stretching backward such that the chest and shoulders are in the air.

(iv) Keep your legs straight and pull your kneecaps upwards.

(vi) Lift up your legs and stay in that position for about five breaths.

22. Warrior 3

(i) Stand straight, keeping your feet joined.

(ii) Inhale and raise your hands upwards.

(iii) Bend forward making a right angle.

(iv) Keep the chest, torso, and arms in a straight same line.

(v) Stretch one of your legs back in line with hands and chest while exhaling.

(vi) Breathe and try to remain in this pose for few seconds.

(vii) Repeat this with your other leg.

23. Boat Pose

As the name itself gives the idea of the exercise, you thought it right, The body in this exercise resembles like a boat.


(i) Sit down and stretch your legs and arms forward.

(ii) Lift your legs up simultaneously moving your body back.

(iii) Hold your thighs with your hands.

(iv) This helps in tightening the breasts and tone the arms and legs muscles too.

24. Upward Bow Pose

The pose helps in stretching the hands, legs, and also lifts the chest muscles.


(i) Lay down on your back and put your hands by the side of your ears.

(ii) Bend down on your knees and stretch your heels close to the buttocks.

(iii) Rise upwards while inhaling and support your body with hands.

(iv) Rest in this position for about 10-15 seconds.

(v) Return to the initial position while exhaling. Repeat the exercise for 5-10 times

Herbal Remedies for Sagging Breasts

25. Essential Oils

These oils are made by extracting essences directly from plants in a natural way.

Peppermint oil, cypress oil, spearmint oil, carrot oil, and fennel seed oil possess the ability to tighten the skin.

Massage your breasts with one of these oils at least once a day.

Note: Pure essential oils are so strong that they can burn the skin, therefore, dilute them before usage. Two drops of the essential oil are enough.

26. Asparagus Racemosus
