  1. It’s dry brushing so obviously make sure that the brush and your body is absolutely dry before you begin.
  2. Start with your feet and keep coming up to your shoulders, making sure that the movement of the brush is from left to right and consistent. Also, remember that this will increase blood circulation so the brush movement should be centred towards the heart.
